ARTiFLY has the largest selection of Traditional Scottish and Irish Trout Flies available in Europe. There are over 1200 listed including many patterns never before available through mail order, thus giving the opportunity to anglers who don't "roll their own" the chance to purchase some of the most up to date patterns from the UK and Eire. All flies are tied using only the best of materials, genuine Seals Fur, Jungle Cock, Bronze Mallard and Blue Jay, matched up with some of the finest hackles available-Metz, Whiting, David Rice etc. All tied on high-quality hooks. Only these ingredients I feel can produce a quality fly. I also do my own dying, enabling me to match certain colours more accurately, as well as creating some unusual shades. ARTiFLY also has many Irish patterns tied from materials dyed using Picric acid. ARTiFLY is out to offer many patterns that are not readily available to the Trout fisherman or women, but should you require any flies not listed, or would like copies done of patterns you cannot identify or have obtained from somebody else, get in touch and I will do all I can to meet your requirements.

TROUT FLIES
All flies are available in sizes 8-14, others by request. A minimum of two flies of each pattern must be ordered, although they may be different sizes. ie: 1 x 10 and 1 x 12.

PRICES

Trout Flies are priced from £1.25* each for single hooks

and £1.50 for doubles*.

*Patterns containing Blue Jay and Jungle Cock are £1.50 each.

*All Trout Flies listed are available as doubles

Following the pattern listed you will notice various letters. These are there to help describe the pattern in more detail, explanations of which are given below.

STD=STANDARD DRESSING.
VAR= VARIANT OF ORIGINAL DRESSING.
GTL= GREEN TAIL (FLUORESCENT).
RTL= RED TAIL (FLUORESCENT).
OTL= ORANGE TAIL (FLUORESCENT).
STL= SUNBURST TAIL (FLUORESCENT).
SMTL= SUNBURST MARABOU TAIL (FLUORESCENT).
ATL= AMBER TAIL (FLUORESCENT).
BDH= BLACK DEER HAIR.
BLDH= BLUE DEER HAIR.
BRDH= BROWN DEER HAIR.
ORDH= ORANGE DEER HAIR.
WDH= WHITE DEER HAIR.
BMTL= BLACK MARABOU TAIL.
OMTL= OLIVE MARABOU TAIL
